Project Overview
This commercial project involved the complete exterior redesign of a 3-story office building in the heart of Philadelphia. The client wanted a modern, corporate look that would stand out while providing long-term durability and low maintenance.
The Challenge
The existing brick facade was aging and required significant repairs. The building also suffered from poor thermal performance and outdated aesthetics that didn't reflect the high-tech companies leasing the space.
The Solution
We proposed a full ACM panel system in a combination of metallic silver and charcoal finishes. This allowed for a clean, grid-based design that modernized the building's silhouette while adding a layer of high-performance insulation.
